How success will be measured.

The chain from inputs to objective, and the indicators that make each link verifiable. Amber targets are provisional pending final numbers; baselines and means of verification are completed before submission.

6.1The results chain

The logic runs from the funded inputs, through the six work packages, to outputs an evaluator can count — a commissioned plant, contracted MSMEs, delivered business cases — and on to the four outcomes that together demonstrate the model. At the top sits the overall objective: a circular plastics economy, demonstrated in Indonesia, with evidence that policy can build on.

Throughput basis — why the targets are what they are The plant operates for roughly 24 of the project's 36 months, from month 12, at 10–12 t/day, with ramp-up and ~90% availability. That arithmetic yields ~6,500–7,500 tonnes over the project life — which is why the logframe claims 6,500 and not a rounder, larger number.

Still to be completed before submission: baselines, means of verification and assumptions for every level; SDG indicator mapping; and alignment with DG INTPA's Green Economy Results Chain.
