Application — §3 Partnership

3.1Who does what

Elevated Elements leads as applicant and technology owner. Its contribution includes the proprietary pyrolysis process and the reactor configuration already implemented in Thailand capacity & operating history, alongside overall project development and management, the ISCC PLUS certification route, and the petrochemical offtake — the ExxonMobil agreement covering this facility, with specifications and pricing agreed. As lead, EE also holds the PROSPECT account and carries the applicant's responsibilities through evaluation and, if successful, contracting.

Genco, as co-applicant, anchors the input side of the project: the executed feedstock supply agreements at pre-agreed volumes and price, the site and established operating presence in Bandar Lampung, the KYC and commercial network with oil majors and traders, and the engagement of Indonesian environmental consultants for the permitting workstream.

PT CEAA, also co-applicant, carries the project on the ground — day-to-day plant operations support, local stakeholder and government engagement, and supply-chain coordination. A project SPV, formed during inception with ownership shared among the three split TBC, becomes the implementation vehicle and, in time, the operator.

Around the applicants sit the associates: the offtaker, the collector and aggregator MSMEs, the local banks and development finance institutions engaged through the access-to-finance workstream, the environmental consultants, and — optionally — an academic partner.
